We decided as a board when we started the organization that we did not want situations to get out of control. We do not want cussing and drinking. I think most of the teams enjoy this rule of conduct. But there are some I feel that would like to be able to drink and cuss. So how do we satisfy everyone. If we let teams drink and cuss, then we lose the family-friendly atmosphere and possibly even teams that do not want to hear foul language or the trash talking that sometimes coincides with drinking. If we do not allow teams to drink and cuss, then the teams that want it may leave. Although we have had these rules since the inception of the league. What are your thoughts on the matter? Can you provide a solution that would make both sides of the argument happy? Post in the comments.

You cannot and will not please everyone. It is impossible. It's not about making everyone happy. It's about doing the right thing. Sometimes doing the right thing will make someone unhappy. If they want to cuss and drink then a bar is the place they should, not on a softball field.

i like to drink and play ball but I think the rule should stay as is because there are some people who can't control themselves making everyone suffer starting fights and what not
